I think Mei is quite a smart cat. First of all she learned her name within a few days. Secondly, she fetches (when she wants to haha) and she knows a few tricks.

But other than that. I am SO thankful that she seems to understand what "sleep" means. She is quite a talkative cat but knows when to be quiet as well, such as when it's sleeping time :)
And her ears are, like many other animals, super sensitive so she KNOWS when I am awake. Every morning when I open my door, I find her sitting on the floor (or lying on her back LOL) looking at me and meows.

There was one day I decided to wake up a little bit earlier and surf around a bit on the internet before going out for breakfast. I was really quiet, had the lowest volume on my speakers, but Mei somehow snatched that sound and came running to my door (I heard her running paws haha) and started to meow gently outside.

She loves:

- Following people and being 八卦
- To be around people
- Talking to people
- Being scratched under her chin
- Rice (YUM)
- Shoes (sniffing them)
- Licking herself clean
- Looking outside the window
- Smelling flowers
- Rolling on the carpet
- To play with her twinkling ball
- All kinds of strings
- To act cute

She hates/ doesn't like:

- The smell of all kind of citrus fruits (her face looks SO FUNNY when she smells it, I should video and put it on youtube)
- The smell of cheese doodles (lol)
- Her collar
- Getting her claws/nails trimmed (but she's dealing with it now, trying to be a good girl!)

Her tricks:

- Stretches out her paw when I say "paw"
- Knows how to give high five
- Knows fetch (OBS! Only when she wants to)

That's pretty much it! I'm going to update it someday when I discover new characteristics of her :P

More fun/cute facts about her:

Ragdolls are actually supposed to be very calm and quiet cats. But "quiet" doesn't really suit Mei well, she loves to talk! Not in an annoying way though. She usually talks when you say something to her or when she wants some attention (gives out a sad cute meow). However, she doesn't disturb you while you're sleeping in your room (thank god!).

Usually when I am awake and gets up to make my bed (I sleep with my door closed btw), I often find Mei sitting quietly outside my door waiting for me to come out (so freaking cute). She yawns, stretches and gives me a good morning meow. She sometimes wait outside the bathroom when I'm inside LOL.

Oh yeah here's the collar that she hates lol she doesn't wear it anymore, it was only for photographing ^^
I know it looks like I'm strangling her in this picture, but I'm not!!
